The theater is not only a musical venue, it is also considered as a miniature art paradise, a place where the architect is so creative and even the symbol of the country. The famous British Telegraph newspaper has announced the list of 12 most spectacular theaters in the world. Let’s also Star Galaxy Theater to find out which of these are theaters.

The Odeon of Herodes Atticus, Greece

Situated on the southwest slope of the Acropolis Hill, Athens, the Odeon of Herodes Atticus, completed in 174AD, originally had a wooden roof and a capacity of 5,000. The seating and stage was restored in the 1950s, since when it has hosted concerts by singers ranging from Maria Callas to Elton John.

The Seebühne, Austria

The Seebühne (floating stage) juts into the Austrian waters of Lake Constance, and is the most dramatic setting for performances at the Bregenz Festival. The photo here shows a 2002 production of La Bohème

Gran Teatro La Fenice, Italy

Venice’s La Fenice theatre staged world premieres of operas by Rossini, Donizetti and Verdi. The theatre’s name translates as “the Phoenix”, which is appropriate as it has burned down twice in its 224-year history

Copenhagen Opera House, Denmark

The island of Holmen in the heart of the Danish capital is home to the Copenhagen Opera House. The construction costs of some £300 million – which made it one of the most expensive opera houses ever built – were met by Danish shipping magnate Mærsk Mc-Kinney Møller

Fox Theatre, USA

The Fox Theatre, Detroit, was built for the Fox Film Corporation in 1928. Its designer, C Howard Crane, used a blend of African and Asian motifs – what he called “Cambodian Gothic”
